From startups to large enterprises, Desa has spent over 23 years mastering the moving parts that keep organizations thriving. At Hearo, she's the operational backbone that makes sure everything runs without a hitch. When she's not keeping things humming at the office, you'll find her cheering on her family at their sports events, getting lost in a good book, or recharging on a beach somewhere sunny.

Jeff has an eye for detail so sharp he can spot a crooked picture frame from across the room, which makes him a natural fit as our product designer. He brings that same precision and creativity to every design challenge that comes his way. Outside the office, Jeff is a man of many pursuits: shredding on rock guitar, capturing the world through a lens, authoring his own design books, and training in more martial arts disciplines than most people knew existed. Oh, and he's on level 16,924 in Candy Crush.

A CodeFi CodeLabs Full-Stack Web Development graduate with a business economics degree from South Dakota State, TJ brings a rare mix of technical chops and business sense to every project he tackles. When he's not behind a screen, he's sinking shots at the pool hall, shredding on his 7-string guitar, or out on a bike ride. Oh, and he's ambipedal — able to use either foot with equal ease. Interesting…

Mitchell has a long history of making words work hard. He comes from the ad agency world and is excited to put his skills to use for a company and movement he truly believes in. When not clacking away on a keyboard, he can be found on a bicycle ride with family and friends, fixing up his silly old house, or savoring glorious outdoor Ozarks adventures.

Elijah brings a sharp technical edge to Hearo, honed by an internship at Paragon 360 before joining the team as lead technician. Outside the office, he's a man of creative pursuits, whether he's catching the latest film, writing screenplays, or hitting a live concert. In his quieter moments, you might find him at the piano, self-taught and still going. And somewhere along the way, he crossed paths with Steve-O. He'll tell you it was an accident.
