    A heads up before you decide. Hearo alerts can occasionally be triggered accidentally — a dropped pendant, a bumped button. We always try to confirm the alert is real by calling into the device first. But if we can't reach anyone, choosing Yes below means we may dispatch local emergency services for what could turn out to be a false alarm. We think it's the right tradeoff for most families — but it's your call.
